Kind of rushed today… I’m actually writing this after midnight, so this is just getting to be a bit much here. I’m not going to calculate the macros, but this was a typical high carb day.

What I Ate

  • 5g fish oil, 5000 IU vitamin D
  • 1 cup granola, 1 scoop whey, 250 ml almond milk
  • Half bagel, 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 large pita, 1 cup lean ground beef
  • 1 crunchie peanut butter cliff bar
  • 1/4 box catelli pasta, pasta sauce, 1 cup lean ground beef
  • Pre-workout shake (25 g whey, 25 g maltodextrin, 25 g dextrose)
  • Post-workout shake (50 g whey, 25 g maltodextrin, 25 g dextrose)
  • 5g fish oil, multi-vitamin, ZMA

 Macros

  • Protein: 165 g
  • Carbs: 294 g
  • Fat: 73 g
  • Calories: 2480 kcal
