Another day of on point eating. I realized the other day that I ran out of greens for salads, but… well.. I haven’t actually given a shit about eating salad. Next time I’m at the grocery store I promise that I’ll buy a bigger container of greens. Honestly. It’s not that I don’t like salad, but I just don’t care enough about eating it. If I were trying to shed weight and I had no control over what I put in my face, I’d be desperately trying to eat salad to fill up on. Not the case though. I suppose it has vitamins, minerals, and fiber but… Protein and carbs?! Come on…

I cooked up some pasta tonight and mixed it with the rest of my ground beef that I had prepped. Based on my current supply of food, it’s looking like the next few high carb days are going to be a lot of rice (at least after this pasta is done). I’m going to have to get back into the grocery store soon.

What I Ate

  • 5g fish oil, 5000 IU vitamin D
  • 1 cup granola, 25g whey
  • Ground beef, pita
  • Half bagel with natural peanut butter
  • Half bagel with natural peanut butter
  • Ground beef, pasta
  • Pre-workout shake (25 g whey)
  • Post-workout shake (50 g whey)
  • 5g fish oil, multi-vitamin, ZMA
